Valerie Richard, FNP-BC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
I am the proud daughter of Dr. Charley E. Richard (deceased) and Mrs. Eula P. Richard of Prairie View, Texas. I received my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing and Master's of Science Degree in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Prairie View A&M University. I hold certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I currently specialize in Pediatrics. I also work part-time in Labor and Delivery for Harris County Hospital District for the past 11 years. I reside in Katy, Texas. I am also active in numerous Nursing organizations and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Prior to coming to Children Specialty Care Clinic in 2004, I worked in family practice and did hospital rounds.
